Ball Mastery — Day 1
Reps: Perform this drill for a total of 4 rounds working for 30-45 seconds then rest for 1 minute between rounds.
Focus: Focus on maintaining tight touches, keeping the ball close to your feet. Try to go through this drill at game speed while maintaining control of the ball.
Ball Mastery — Day 2
Reps: Perform a total of 4 rounds working for 30-45 seconds then rest for 1 minute between rounds.
Focus: Go through this drill at game speed while maintaining tight touches keeping the ball by your feet, maintain control of the ball.
Ball Mastery— Day 3
Reps: Perform a total of 4-5 rounds working for 45 seconds- a minute then rest for one minute between rounds.
Focus: Maintain tight touches trying to avoid hitting any cones at game speed.
Ball Mastery— Day 4
Reps: Perform a total of 3-4 rounds going through each movement for 20 seconds (go through all three to complete one round) then rest for one minute.
Focus: Go through these movements at game speed, keeping control of the ball throughout each movement while maintaining tight touches.
